Lovely apartment in a perfect location
Liked: We loved the location: in the middle of the old town. Everything within walking distance. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need: from wine glasses, beach blanket, sunscreen, hairdryer, laundry rack to tea bags, coffee capsules to even umbrellas. The charging cable saved me! The roof terrace is the highlight 👌🏼! Esteban is lovely and always at reach and even let us have a late check out.
Disliked: The bed in the smaller bedroom was very soft. Not to my liking, but it may suit somebody else. The narrow stairs to the third floor are not for everyone (and you shouldn't be too drunk😉).
If we come to Spain we will definitely book here again for its convenience, location, charm, rooftop deck and the gracio
Liked: Where do I start?! Let’s start with why I booked here…the reviews which always included Esteban. Esteban was an absolute treat…communication was excellent and he met us to help with bags at arrival and departure. Parking is close, secure and affordable. The location is perfection…it’s so quiet at night but you’re in the centre of the excitement of the old town and the Rambla is a short 5-10minute easy, safe stroll away. My 21 year old daughter loved feeling safe exploring on her own during day and evening. The apartment is just like photos…no surprises. Yes the stairs are not for anyone with mobility issues BUT you pay to experience stairs like them at the Circ Roma😂. The space is very compact BUT we were in Spain for 3 weeks and this was by far the best supplied apartment…the kitchen tiny but had everything we needed to enjoy our daily rooftop breakfasts and most meals. I actually tried to cancel my last booking and go back to stay here again at end of trip but it was not available. Thank you Esteban for sharing your kindness and apartment with us. The terrace was definitely the highlight. Listening to the church bells and birds will always be remembered. BTW when windows closed very quiet inside).

Liked: Location, excellent roof terrace and compact. Excellent, friendly host - all the help provided at a moment’s notice.
Disliked: The steep spiral staircase to the third floor and roof terrace was a bit challenging 🙂
