COCKROACHES - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY
Disliked: The place is full of COCKROACHES! After picking up the key at 5 (earliest they allow you to) 25 minutes away from the apartment we went for diner outside. When we came back, we realized that the place was full of cockroaches (literally everywhere). We called management for help but after many back and forth, they told us they could not do anything before the next day. We called Booking and similarly, they wouldn't help us as management was not responding to them (they apparently have to give them 48h). We had to drive back home at 2am... We cannot even get our money back as Booking will not reimburse us without the management consent and the management is not responding to them (even if, when we call them, they say that they will do the necessary). This is infuriating!

Disliked: The bed was broken, we had to sleep on the floor, the dining table was unstable, wobbly, the bathroom door was damaged, and the others did not close. The hot water boiler in the kitchen was broken, there was a smell of gas, we saw several small explosions. The owners did not answer the phone, they did not respond through booking either. When we wrote that we were moving out, they replied that they agreed to return part of the rent, but we still have not received any complaints, and we have not received any further response.

Disliked: gaining access to the property was not easy. I was initially told to collect keys from office, I then recieved instructions to enter the building and apartment but unfortuneately was not told this connected to an app which had not been mentioned. However, we did eventually get to speak to someone who opened the door remotely and gave instructions on downloading the app. subsequently we collected keys from the office the following day.
Good location unfortunately too close to the railway
Liked: The location is quite convenient, there’s a lift and two bathrooms, although, there’s a busy railway track right across the street as well. I must admit staff at the office is super friendly 😊 and helpful
Disliked: Nosie from the railway, grumpy neighbour, the apartment has seen a lot of parties and hasn’t been maintained properly. There are screws and nails sticking out from the floor and walls. The joiners on the job were not the best.
