  As a solo traveller it was a lovely respite from staying in hostels. A great place to relax and rest with great amenitie

  Liked: Place was very comfortable and beautifully clean! Such a great location with the beach right there and close to a supermarket. The facilities were brilliant having a washing machine and air conditioning. The host was lovely, replied to messages very fast and was very helpful.

  Lovely and well situated flat for a beach and city holiday

  Liked: The proximity to the beach was the best. The complex was clean and 100 metres from the beach, it has a little park for kids and walking the dogs. You can walk into town in 20 minutes. The apartment was nice, with a balcony and has everything you needed. It was relaxing. Now it was may but I suspect in the summer it could be noisy, just guessing. The host was very helpful. Flat was very clean when we arrived.

  Disliked: I did not like the train line so near the complex. I didn’t like the fact that there was no lift and we had to carry our luggage two stories up, and the car was full. My wife also suffered with the mattress which was a bit hard, but apart from that nothing bad.

Good to know

- No se permite fumar en el interior de la vivienda.

- Se permite fumar en su terraza.

-Se admiten mascotas(con suplemento)15€ por noche. No esta permitido que estas suban a sofás ni camas. El huésped se debe hacer cargo de sus necesidades y de los desperfectos que estas puedan ocasionar

- No se permiten eventos ni consumo de drogas en las instalaciones.

-No se pueden alojar ni pernoctar huéspedes sin nuestro permiso, ni más huéspedes de los indicamos en la reserva.

Los huéspedes indicados en las reserva y registrados son los que se alojarán en el inmueble. Si durante el control aleatorio de accesos durante su estancia se detectan más huéspedes de los registrados, esto podrá comportar el aviso a las autoridades competentes.

-Existen horas de descanso que deben ser respetadas para garantizar la tranquilidad de la comunidad y el vecindario. De 24h-8h no se debe molestar al vecindario.

-Contamos con un vigilante nocturno en la comunidad encargado de supervisar que se cumplan estas normativas de descanso.

- Antes de su llegada se debe realizar un deposito como fianza de 250€ por huésped, este importe será devuelto en su totalidad el mismo día de su salida, tras la correspondiente revisión del alojamiento.

-Se debe realizar un registro online de huéspedes y aportar los datos identificativos así como pagar tasa turística por persona y noche. Antes de la entrada al alojamiento.

- No cobramos un servicio de limpieza a nuestros huéspedes, pero pedimos unos requesitos mínimos a la hora de la salida, recogida de la basura generada y depositar en los contenedores exteriores, cocina ordenada y limpieza de los utensilios utilizados, toallas depositadas en el baño.
