Liked: Location and value for money
Disliked: Wash basin outside of bathroom with no door, very close to the bed, 2 beds combined in one and moving apart
Liked: Arrived and was told booking.com hadn't paid them so we had to wait for two hours. Then we were told to cancel the booking then rebook but prices were much higher so we refused. Then offered a smaller room in a different building for the same price. Ended up in student basic accommodation which was satisfactory but not ideal and nothing like what was initially booked

Overall, the staff were lovely, but the condition and equipment of the accommodation were disappointing and did not matc
Liked: The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the accommodation looked very different from the photos on Booking.com. The photos appear to be heavily edited or enhanced, possibly with AI, as the actual condition of the property was considerably worse. The accommodation was worn and not very clean. It did not seem to have been properly maintained for quite some time, rather than simply not having been cleaned immediately before our arrival. The kitchen equipment was also seriously lacking: there were only two forks, two plates and one worn-out frying pan. We were given only a tiny sachet of dishwashing liquid, which was nowhere near enough. The bedding was another issue. The only thing provided as a blanket was a sheet. When we asked for a proper blanket, we were given an empty duvet cover instead.
Disliked: The staff in the restaurant were lazy and rude. Reception didn't answer any of my multiple calls. I lost an important item, weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply to my email.
Liked: Very good value and very good location
Disliked: We only had one access card for 2 people which was really impractical
