Great value and very comfortable with nice staff
Liked: Very comfortable and clean and spacious! Had everything you could want or need- washer/dryer, full kitchen etc and the location was ideal- only a short walk to the old city center. Highly recommend ☺️ PS the staff were very kind and accommodating

Liked: The location is fairly central, 5 mins from the escalators to the old city centre. The check in service was easy snd friendly. Convenient for sightseeing. The
Disliked: A strong smell of tobacco in the room, in spite of the non-smoking policy. The responce to our remark about the tobacco smell at check in was "we cannot control what people do here". No bath towels were available, only three hand towels were provided for a room for two people. The construction and roadworks noise in the street nearby (although not the fault if the property) was loud and disruptive. It would have been good to be notified at the time of booking.

Arrival time (Check-in) is between 16:00 and 20:00. Late check-in (between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.) is allowed on request, subject to availability and with a supplement of €15 to be paid at the time of handing over the keys. Check-out is before 11:00. Pets are allowed on request and under supplement (10 euros/pet/stay). No more than 2 pets are allowed. It is necessary to notify in advance about the arrival time. Guest must provide a valid phone number to facilitate communication. This property is managed by an individual and does not issue invoices. At the entrance, anyone over 16 years of age must present an identity document. To hand over the keys, the person listed in the reservation details must be present. This property charges a damage deposit of 100 euros upon delivery of keys (in cash, bank transfer or bizum) and is returned within a maximum period of 7 days after check-out. Keep in mind that the old town has many rules, ask any questions. Put on comfortable shoes to walk around Toledo. A reservation contract will be signed at the time of handing over the keys. Check-in is in person, there is no possibility of automatic check-in. This establishment does not offer household products.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
