  Unacceptable Check-in Experience

Disliked: The room itself was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean, and I have nothing negative to say about its condition. However, the online check-in process was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. We spent almost two hours trying to complete the check-in because the link we were repeatedly sent simply would not open or work. After countless attempts and a great deal of unnecessary stress and inconvenience, we finally managed to access our room. Unfortunately, despite how lovely and clean the room was, this experience left me with a very negative overall impression of our stay. In my opinion, guests should not have to go through so much trouble just to access a room they have already booked and paid for.

Liked: Bathroom nice and good quality bed

Disliked: I did not like the 100% digital check-in and experience as a whole. I would have preferred to interact with some people in the hotel.

  Good potential

  Liked: Good location

Disliked: Unfortunately, we woke up with the dead bugs all over the floor. After seeing them we were afraid to eat the breakfast. The check in app through phone failed to work after successful check in, luckily we were able to contact the staff, it took some time of waiting and figuring out with giving us a plastic key after all.

  Enjoyable stay in Toledo

Liked: Breakfast was good We were upgraded to a better room in the San Agustin as the original room we had booked was not available. Our upgraded room was very nice. Staff were excellent.

Disliked: Communication should have been received earlier regarding the change of property for our stay.

Disliked: It wasn’t clearly stated that this was a hostel. Given that, I found the price to be quite high for this type of accommodation. This was disappointing, as I had expected something different.
