  Great place in toledo

  Liked: 10min walk to old town thru the old bridge. Private underground parking. Apartment was clean and fully equipped.

  Disliked: No supermarket nearby. About 20mins walk to old town.

  Disappointing, over priced apartment in good location

  Liked: Close to the old town of Tóledo. The apartment was clean and modern and located in a great location, close to the Roman Bridge. The bed was comfy and the central heating worked well.

  Disliked: We spent 5 weeks touring Spain, staying for 4 days in 9 Airbnbs. Our four day stay in the Roca Tarpeya apartment cost just under €1000 and our most expensive by far. We were also required to leave an additional €40 in cash for our two small Yorkshire Terriers. There was no response to the “support email” queries. There were no “free” toiletries, apart from a little liquid shampoo. There was mould in the shower and no cleaning products. There was no T-towel and we couldn’t get the fridge freezer to work, nor was there a house/kitchen appliance instructions. The clothes rack/dryer was rusting and broken and the kitchen extractor was broken, missing parts and dangerous. There was one bedside table and no drinking water left, (this has got to be a first for us). The “Patio” was tiny at 3m x 2m and filthy dirty. The property is on a steep hill, on a very busy road. We were not sure which was more dangerous - trying to manoeuvre in the underground car park or exit onto the road. Just up the hill from the property, there is a pedestrian crossing, which drivers pay no attention to. Should you attempt to cross there, there is no exit on the other side. The pavement has been excavated and there is no signage, fencing or indication of any danger, leaving one stranded on the road

  Very good accommodation, close to the old town of Toledo. The parking is a big extra

  Liked: Comfortable, well-equipped new apartment. Private parking under the house is very good.

  Disliked: We were initially given the wrong code to enter, but the host quickly corrected it.

  Great sized apartment in great location

  Liked: Very nice apartment in a great location just outside the main town of Toledo with the old town across the road/river. Parking garage underneath the property was great too. Had good communication with the host about codes for entering the building and then the key box outside of the apartment. All modern inside, great kitchen area and good sized bathroom.

  Lovely comfortable and quiet apartment

  Liked: Location is excellent within walking distance to the old town of Toledo. Apartment lovely and modern and very clean. Parking included which was great.

  Disliked: Water pressure on the bidet was very low and also just cold water.
