Very good
Pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was and how convenient
Liked: It was centrally located. Near the centre. Was clean and very presentable. Accommodated all our needs.
Disliked: Climbing up 4 flights of stairs
Although it did not meet our expectations, we can recommend it for a very short stay as it is really small. We were out
Liked: The bed was good. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Location was PERFECT!!!!
Disliked: Not what we expected from the pictures on the website. NO view and very very small. Shower is very slippery. The pillows are totally bad and there was just a sheet on the bed. Found a thick blanket in the cupboard which was way to warm for the weather. Taxi could not drop us closer than the Zocodover Square.

Liked: Excellent location! The apartment was clean and comfy.
Disliked: Problem with the key to the passage way before entering the apartment. Had to call the emergency contact, and they had to call the neighbour, so they could open the door.
Loved the place
Liked: Where you can see major attractions easily and take tours. Many places to eat. Many stores to buy just about anything. I definitely would stay there again no questions asked
Disliked: Didn't have enough time with a three day stay.
Liked: Perfect location with huge window giving views towards cathedral, right in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable and clean, with every possible convenience. Ample lighting with excellent bedside lamps for those who like reading. Would recommend this apartment very warmly.
Disliked: We only had one small problem, soon resolved - a little struggle with the key safe. But the phone number for help with problems worked immediately, and the lady who answered stayed on the line helping us until we got in to the apartment. So the communication was also excellent.
