Beautiful property, staff friendly, shame we arrived a the end of their season and most facilities were closeda
Liked: Beautiful property located on the edge of town.
Disliked: Arrived end of September to find restaurant closed, swimming pool closed and only breakfast available
Liked: Location, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Admittedly we did arrive an hour earlier than anticipated and the hotel were getting ready for a wedding but we did not feel at all welcome and git the feeling that we were a nuisance. We couldn't leave our luggage or get a drink. Latter when we went back the welcome was very like warm. We were the only English staying. If they don't want English people they shouldn't advertise on booking.com

Liked: I looked at the restaurant menu and the clerk was sitting 10 ft away He did mention that it was closed When we were in the center of Toledo It started to rain, we decided to return to the Hotel for dinner. we had nothing to eat and whet to bed hungry

Disappointing and becoming more run down each time we stay
Liked: Great location for a view of the city and a 15 minute walk in. Secure parking for motorbikes. Large terrace. Quiet night's sleep. Very good air conditioning.
Disliked: Unlike previous occasions, we weren't allowed to park our motorbikes in front of the entrance and had to park them either on a slope or on stony ground, neither of which are ideal. Check-in took ages due to the computer system even though we'd done all of the online check-in previously. This is exactly the same as during our last stay in 2024. The downstairs rooms (13 and 14) are nowhere near as nice as the first floor. The city view isn't as good and the bathrooms are smaller. Towels are very thin. This was our third stay and it looks more weary and worn each time we stay.
