Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Nice and clean
Disliked: A2c didn’t work
Liked: Good location, only a steep walk away from the center. The room was comfy, with a nice mattress and big bathroom
Disliked: We were disappointed with the lobby compared to what we saw in pictures. As there is no staff, the hotel felt cold and empty and there was no nice space to sit, while the hotel itself looks beautiful
Great location for Toledo old town in a spotlessly clean establishment
Liked: Very clean hotel and quiet location with nearby food outlets
Disliked: Soundproofing between rooms could be better
Excellent location, very clean and super efficient
Liked: There is no reception but the remote support was prompt, courteous and very helpful
Disliked: Lack of personal contact with a reception area
Good location - difficult to park
Liked: Handy for the historic area - up several slopes for 500m. Glad I am fit!
Disliked: The parking was difficult
Close to town and hustle free
Liked: The Cost of the room was a good rate and the ease of access. Also the A/c was great
Disliked: Bed was a bit stiff and my sheets and towels were not changed out during cleaning
