Exceptional
Very nice reception staff
Liked: Suite was very comfortable with a nice terrace
Disliked: No turn down service, poor replacement of coffee capsules and water. Not 5* quality service
I would recommend this hotel to everybody
Liked: I got a beautiful and big room, and realy comfortable huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The room was very elegant and proper, very welcoming, very nice and very clean. I liked the pool earea and the gym facicilities, as well the very nice view and the hotels sourroundings.
Disliked: I have nothing to complain, contrary. Unfortunately my stay was too short 😉.

Liked: every staff were so kind and full of hospitality, meals are very tasteful, also breakfast was good, too. Banquest room we use for our conferance, our requirements were perfectly arranged without any troubles. I wish to make stay again as there will be international conference in June 2028 with my group.

Liked: Stunning hotel with great history. Very palacial Superb pool Huge spotlessly clean comfortable room with great bed. Good parking. Lovely staff
Disappointed with the accusation of smoking in the room
Disliked: Was charged for smoking in the room when I did not. In fact the previous occupants had smoked and left their cigarettes and lighter on the patio as well as an overflowing ashtray which we had to clean ourselves as the room patio had not been cleaned.
A good hotel aimed more at the business market
Liked: A very clean and nicely decorated hotel.The food was good especially the breakfast.
Disliked: The lunch and dinner menu was limited some of the staff could have been more attentive,but I’ll put that down to us not being able to speak Spanish. For a 5 star hotel I would expecta pot of coffee and not a machine.
