Unhelpful staff and poor location
Liked: The staircase
Disliked: The staff didn't speak English or French or anything else than Spanish. Wake up it's 2026 and working in a hotel. The advice poorly given was to pay for a car park as they didn't have a car spot anymore for us (despite my plead many many days before as I am travelling with a 7 year old and I cannot walk for miles with him). They said try tomorrow. I tried on the phone but another receptionist couldn't even understand basic English so couldn't even boom the bloody car park spot. I found a free of charge solution: roman parking for free 20 min walk. Hotel is useless if you travel by car. Too far away from everywhere and too expensive for what it is. Unhelpful staff. Now the breakfast, let's not go there. Bit of overcooked scrambled eggs, tepid coffee and some pastries.
The city is wonderful, the hotel is not

Disliked: Very dated, beds were cheap as was the general furniture, some would say it’s rustic, but for £200 a night, not good enough
