Disliked: All was super
Liked: Lovely staff, comfortable room
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn't working. The bar and restaurant was only open until 5pm and there were no other bars nearby. The car grounded on the ramp in the garage as it was too steep.
Nice staff but strange ideas about having a bar in a hotel
Liked: Quiet location 30 minute walk to hospital where we were visiting. Very friendly and helpful staff except young girl on desk at night.
Disliked: Bar closes in middle of afternoon until following day. Asked reception for ice to be told no. A hotel without a bar? No wonder it’s quiet.
Not Worth The Money
Liked: The receptionist and breakfast staff
Disliked: The lack of bar and restaurant facilities! The indifference of the manager to the lack of these services! If you don't speak reasonable Spanish, don't stay here. Taxi into Toledo is between €12-14. There is a bus, but not frequent!
