Good
Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Truly bad shower. Low water pressure and very hard to regulate the temperature.
Overall, it's a nice hotel. but we wish reception would have been fully staffed
Liked: The room itself was wonderful- great view. It is located fairly close to the city center, which was great. It was nice that there was breakfast in the lobby- but it should have been communicated a little better.
Disliked: The fact that we had to use an app to unlock the door was weird and we did not like it that there was no one in reception when we arrived. We arrived to a dark, empty hotel, and that was creepy.
Super Sol!
Liked: Location was amazing, simple reception check in. Lovely spacious room (suite) with terrace. Newly refurbished. Amazing central location with secure under building parking. Would be better with coffee/tea along facilities.
Disliked: No coffee/tea facilities….however there is a great cafe 20m from the hotel
Decent selection just outside the old town
Liked: The aircon in the room was super effective, with 41 degrees celsius outside, the room remained cool the whole time. The room is rather basic, but functional, something you would not think when looking at the building outside. The hotel is located just outside the old city walls. Getting up there with car can be tricky, as the streets are very narrow and many one way streets, so Google Maps might not be your best friend at all times.
Disliked: While they do offer parking for a fee, and it's right underneath the hotel, to get the car into the garage took some effort from us when arriving, so for those not used to driving in tight spaces, I would opt for another solution!

Liked: Quaint little hotel, very easy to access using the app. Small but comfy room, quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay in Toledo. I left the car in a free parking, 15 min away, and everything was safe and sound. The hotel is close to the escalator, and there is a small cafeteria nearby, which stays open the entire day, so you can have a snack during the famous Spanish siesta 🤭
Disliked: nothing
in general happy and would stay again
Liked: the rooms were comfortable/ location was good right outside all town
Disliked: we arrived very late and had a bit of challenge getting in- lucky another guest was returning to the hotel and helped us. Also we got confused with breakfast being included but it was not.
