Exceptional
Wonderful views
Liked: Wonderful views! Panoramic views of city and surrounding areas. Spacious room. Loved sitting on my balcony with wine watching sunset. Comfortable bed, great shower. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the bar restaurant with nice views and good menu. Excellent room service too. Quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: Furniture was a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was overpriced for what it offered.
Would definitely stay again and highly recommend
Liked: Very stylish, comfortable and great room size. The bar/cafe provided a good range of drinks plus ‘lite bites’ and the terrace had fantastic views over Toledo. The staff were very welcoming.
Disliked: Couldn’t work out how to work the tv.
Clean. Sizable room. Friendly helpful staff. 5-8 minute taxi to toledo town
Liked: Room size was very good.
Disliked: The view from the ground floor was limited to some grass and the pool. No view of Toledo town, which we would have liked. But they said the "STANDARD" room doesn't have a view. That's OK so we know for next time.
Happy to recommend this and any Parador hotel
Liked: Fantastic views over Toledo. Food in restaurant was excellent but it opens very late (20:30h) so earliest booking as 21:00h.
Disliked: Most staff were efficient but appeared unfriendly in contrast to other hotels on our trip
Breathtaking views, great location to explore Toledo
Liked: The location perched above the city was absolutely incredible. The most beautiful city scape we’ve seen, especially at night. The room was comfortable and very clean with Grayden amenities and a wonder terrace to enjoying the view. Staff were super overall and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. Terrace restaurant and bar service were great.
Disliked: Dining in the stifling restaurant with no airflow and 26 degrees coupled with the rude, terrible service from the female server and overpriced tasteless food, soured our opinion of the parador experience.
We were there only one night unfortunately but it was perfect for our last night and short drive to the airport for our
