Exceptional
Liked: Very nice and clean boutique hotel. Staff was very helpful. Great walkable location. Love the big bed and heated floor.
Liked: Good location. Room was clean and bed comfortable. No AC so room was quite hot. The fan helped, but opening the windows meant a lot of early morning street noise. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were not very extensive and service was a little chaotic.

Liked: This is a delightful hotel. It is in a great location in the old town. It's close to attractions, but tucked far enough back from the main square that it's quiet at night. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. We'll definitely stay there if we are ever in Toledo again.
