Exceptional
A break in Toledo
Liked: Good communication with the hotel. Staff friendly.The room was quirky. Suitated in a nice area, with restaurants and shops close by, plenty of street lighting. Visiting the baths. Complimentary snacks, water and beer in the room, which was very much appreciated.
Disliked: The dark towels!

Liked: Could not recommend this hotel enough. Was in Toledo for a wedding and then stayed here for my final night and it was so relaxing. The room was beautiful, the facilities were lovely, the staff were so friendly - just a perfect place for a relaxing stay. Quiet area but can walk down to restaurants and shops easily.
Disliked: nothing for the price point, couldn’t ask for more

Liked: There was no breakfast option but that did not matter as a few meters down the were lovely little cafes, with great coffee and breakfast,

Authentic quality stay in moorish style
Liked: Very traditional moorish style property in the old town. Large room with en-suite facilities and comfy bed. As part of the stay access to the moorish/roman baths for an hour session each day including tea & biscuits! Very relaxing after a long day’s sightseeing.
Disliked: There are quite a few stairs at the property and it is located near the top of the old town. For people with mobility issues this would be difficult. Narrow winding cobbled streets and some local traffic.
