Dirty flat with human waste, ant infestation and useless air-con – ruined our stay in Toledo
Liked: The view was the only positive.
Disliked: We stayed in this flat and can only give it 1/10. Everything was unacceptable. On arrival we found human waste in the toilet. The rest of the flat was dirty, tired and full of damage. The front door was very insecure, which felt like a real safety issue. The biggest problem was a VERY serious ant infestation throughout the entire flat. The ants got into our clothing and bags. We only discovered them in the children’s bags on the drive home and had to stop the car to deal with them. The air-conditioning unit is located inside the flat behind the kitchen interior window. It produces a tremendous amount of heat and actually heats the apartment, completely defeating the purpose of having air-con. When we complained, the owners said they would fumigate the flat. Anyone familiar with ants knows this is only a temporary fix at best. They later offered us a reduced-rate stay in future, but without proper repairs and lasting pest control we would never consider returning. We’d obviously never consider staying there again under any circumstances. This flat tainted our holiday in Toledo. We requested a refund for a completely unacceptable situation and the owners refused. Booking.com was of very little help; if the owner ignores Booking.com or rejects any compensation, Booking appears to do nothing to support the guest, washing their hands and assists no further. We cannot recommend this property under any circumstances. Please avoid this place and company.
Liked: good location;good view from windows;and the housekeeper give us so many help.and we are luck to find the parking place where is near the apartment.and it's free from sunday to monday 10AM.
Disliked: a little expensive
Liked: Excellent apartment, very clean, spacious and close to the city's main attractions. A few meters away, there's a market and a paid parking lot where you can leave your car.
Disliked: Between the kitchen and the hallway, there's a kind of glass wall, which can be dangerous for guests as it has no sign. It would also be a good idea to consider a self-check-in method.

Very well located and well priced two bedroom apartment right near the center of old Toledo
Liked: The property was very well located. A short walk to the plaza where you could branch off to all of the wonderful sites of Toledo. The apartment was designed and the bedding very comfortable. There was air conditioning in all the areas very pleasant day.
