Top notch staff
Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful - ordered me an early morning taxi and made sure I had a coffee and something to eat even though I was leaving before breakfast hours. Great location, close to the airport. Pharmacy around the corner was very helpful (I hurt my knee doing the Camino) and the restaurant next door was absolutely delicious.
Disliked: Can't name a thing.
Fine but could be much better
Liked: The staff are polite and helpful, the bed was comfortable. My room had a street view but it was not loud at all, I slept well. The hotel is fairly clean.
Disliked: The breakfast is definitely not worth the money. You have to pay extra and there is no variety, just pork and sweets. I had to eat again half an hour later... The location is relatively close to the airport (take a taxi!!) but the way to town is EXTREMELY long and uncomfortable. Also almost no one in this area speaks English and the transport is not intuitive.

Liked: Friendly Staff
Disliked: Parking is horrible, really bad garage to park. Room Air Conditioner is controller by reception and not in room where we had to call to change temp all time. Window shade on room was inoperable and didn’t close at night. There is no security or second lock on room. Breakfast área is very small and fills up quickly with limited variety. Soap and Gel scarce and limited in small packs. Lamp in room taped up with duct metal tape. A lot of noise outside and inside with guests in and out at all hours at night.
A good inexpensive hotel for a stop before going to airport not for a long family holiday
Liked: Fundamentally there was nothing wrong with the accommodation, it was clean, tidy and the staff were lovely and very helpful.
Disliked: It wasn’t clear how far away from Madrid itself (50 mins by metro) this town/property was, although a relatively nice rural town there was literally nothing to do - the metro was across the street which because of distance to Madrid you really needed to buy a week pass / 10 trip pass - my room was above the Main Street and to have the windows open made things extremely loud - the TV in Spain normally has 1 or 2 English speaking channel - this didn’t and had no way to change audio
Liked: Room was comfortable and very clean
Disliked: A bit noisy at night.
