  Liked: A quiet 'self serving' hostel with no staff onsite, however with fully accessible support through Whatsapp. The hostel itself has everything you need to exist in Tudela for a few days. It's up the hill a bit out of the town which is lovely for you have a lush panorama. The online support was very helpful, going so far as to help me book taxis when needed.

  Disliked: Little bit of a sterile vibe. Very functional for sure, just lacking character and cosiness.

  Liked: Everything was wonderful. The facilities are top-notch, clean, respectful, and Maria was kind and professional.

  Disliked: The building is at the highest point in the town. That's great for working out, but a struggle to make that climb 3-4 times a day to grab groceries, go to dinner, events, etc. without a vehicle. That's 3 showers a day and your laundry prices are too high for that. 😂 Not a big deal. I would definitely return.

  Liked: The organization of the place was good

  Disliked: The price was too high for a hostel in Spain(42€ a night) considering that there was no Towel included, nor soap or shower gel in the bathroom. No Hangers or place where to hang clothes or in th shower place to keep shampoo and gel so had to put it on the floor... Many little details are missing to allow to have a so expensive price.

  Disliked: I couldn't use the code to the main door, even it worked when I used it on the door to the room This place wasn't clean at all Lot of trash in the kitchen Somebody was sleeping in livingroom/kitchen area in the morning

  A beautiful robot hostal that really would be better if a staff person were on site

  Liked: brand new extremely clean washer and dryer on premises only two boxes or four beds in each room with a private bathroom then for the four people large closet cabinets provided each with its own locking key Wi-Fi in the building a nice little porch with a drying rack outside and the beautiful view of the city in the mountains from this location

  Disliked: it’s basically a robot run hostel with nobody present. The instructions given for opening the front door were difficult to interpret and I couldn’t get it to work, but the staff person came over very quickly in his house and showed me how to work it. subsequent guests all had to call for help as well. Later I tried to use the washer and dryer, but the instructions in English were both incomplete and partially incorrect. The very apologetic staff person came over immediately again from his house and explained how the thing worked. Actually, it was impossible to tell which machine was the washer in, which was the dryer instructions for turning on the washer really wrong. The staff person explained that this is a new hostel and they’re just working out the problems now and he appreciated my input. But one of the thing there are no chairs in the dormitory rooms and so the person on the upper bunk basically has to sit on the floor to arrange their gear.
