  We enjoyed our stay

  Liked: Location was brilliant once you found your way to the hostal. Just a minutes walk to the centre with bars and restaurants.

  Disliked: The parking was not easy and finding hostal was difficult.

  High standard room with en-suite in an excellent location

  Liked: Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and a good shower.

  Disliked: We didn’t dislike anything but would have appreciated a full body mirror somewhere.

  Liked: Quiet, spacious, very clean, well appointed and right at the centre of major attractions. The two staff I spoke with via phone couldn't have been more helpful. excellmet value for money.

  Liked: location good except for car parking but we found places in the streets for the 2 nights we spent here. Parking is free from 8 pm to 9 am, and we travelled to bardenas so we did not stay during the day in town.

  Disliked: I discovered when we arrived that we had to register on line!!!! NOBODY at reception. We did not meet anyone from management of hotel. They sent a what's App that I do not read every minutes! So I did not registered before arrival. After on phone contact,and insistance, They accepted to give the access code. I registered after when I had access to internet!! It was impossible in front of entrance door. The way to warn this on line registration is not convenient. It should be clear when we make the reservation, otherwise it is very ennoying. We were looking for another hotel when they decided to give the access code.

  Liked: Great - lovely room & easy check-in with codes, very convenient

  Disliked: 2 nights, one night the noise was terrible- party smoking & loud downstairs- other night was perfect- quiet & peaceful - the building is no smoking but a 3am it was awful

  C’est de la tromperie sur le nom « hôtel »

  Liked: Enregistrement catastrophique, instruction par whatsapp sans que l’on soit averti et en Espagnol, même pas en français ou anglais sauf à faire une manip sur don iphone( encore faut-il le savoir!!!), puis recherche de l’adresse extrêmement compliquée car aucune indication quand on arrive sur le lieu de « l’hôtel » qui n’en ai pas un car on passe par un standard et cerise sur le gâteau, quand on demande au restaurant qui est à l’adresse indiquée, il nous dit qu’il ne connaît pas l’hôtel en question, alors sue c’est juste la porte à côté!!! Certainement des problèmes de voisinage, mais c’est nous qui sommes dans l’embarras! C’est un Airbnb camouflé…pas très honnêtes!!!
