  Will be back next year for our 4th year it is so handy and friendly

  Liked: Secure motorcycle parking, lovely staff and excellent location

  Disliked: No restaurant but plenty within 5 minute walk

  Liked: The personnel was great taking care of us and explaining how to move around the facilities and the city

  Disliked: The toilet and the shower can use some renovation. But the stay was so good these are small details compared with the overall experience

  Good location with secure parking

  Liked: Friendly and helpful check in staff, it’s pretty basic but it’s good value and most importantly had secure parking garage for my motorcycle.

  Disliked: The beds are not good quality, but it is a cheap place to stay

  Liked: Four of us stayed one bight in a double room. The rooms were clean and very large. It was easy to find. The parking is under the building and can get there with a car elevator that can be tight depending on the size of the car.

  Liked: Hotel fenomenal para ir de paso. Silencio absoluto. Limpieza buena. Aire Acondicionado. Habitacion espaciosa. Cama y almohada, cómodas... Qué más se puede pedir??. Lo cogería otra vez a ojos cerrados Todo muy bien!!!

  Bad check in process

  Liked: Room was big and clean

  Disliked: Check in terrible. At 16! Too late. We asked if possible at 14 so our little one could sleep the nap. They said no because rooms were not available and it was a lie. The reality is that they are closed for lunch time till 16 and then they do accumulate all the clients at 16 for check in making a long queue in the entrance. At the end we entered into the room at 17. Very bad customer service. Not happy about it at all. Note: Even if you decide to check in online, NIE picture was not recognised in the system so we could not close it, still you had to wait for the key to be given.
