  Dreadful experience, avoid unless major changes to booking policy and apartment standard

  Liked: Easy registration process

  Disliked: We booked a two-bedroom apartment with car parking. When we arrived one of the bedrooms was locked and no key. The garage was out of action for the day. Sent message asking how to get access to second bedroom, but received no answer for 6 hours by which time we had cancelled and found somewhere else. Apparently second bedroom costs 9 euros but this was not made clear on the initial booking page so we felt deceived. In addition there was superficial damage to some of the fixtures, mould on the ceiling of the shower and an almost unusable wifi that made urgent communications very difficult.

  Don’t waste your money!

  Liked: The only thing it has going for it is it is a good stopping point between Barcelona and Bilboa for exploring Bardenas Reales.

  Disliked: Getting in is a huge pain. Figuring out the garage is a huge pain. The linens were filthy. No batteries in either of the tv remotes. Absolutely nothing helpful in the kitchen. He must have different units in the same building because the unit we got looked nothing like the photos. Nothing on the walls. Bare and dirty. Hated it.
