Fabulous
Great location just at Plaza Mayor
Liked: Location is great, my room (executive) was very spacious so was the bathroom: bed comfortable and all very clean
Disliked: Dated Reception, Bar and Breakfast room.
Liked: The hotel is situated in the center of the city, which is very good for sightseeing and shopping, there are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good; the staff was really very friendly, helpful, and nice. The room was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. It was really very clean there.
Disliked: I would appreciate some vegetables for breakfast. It is a bit noisy, as it is in the center, but overall it was a good place.

Liked: This is, without doubt, the place to stay in Valladolid! Just a stones throw from the Plaza Mayor! I have to mention both Ivan and Veronica on the front desk who gave us lots of useful information. you need help in finding the best places to eat near by and they know their stuff!
Disliked: Slightly complicated to find and park otherwise Nothing, Nothing, Nothing!
Nice hotel, shame about the WiFi
Liked: Friendly hotel, easy walking distance of everything going on. Although no hotel parking, secure public parking nearby.
Disliked: Very difficult to find, no hotel parking. Dreadful WiFi.
Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and with a central location
Liked: Location was wonderful for many sites we walked to.
Disliked: Parking is a nightmare. Finding a drivable place to drop off luggage that's a little close to the hotel. Maeuvering large suitcases over cobblestones and uneven surfaces was a challenger.
