Rooms were nice but the renovations made our stay chaotic and stressful. Renovations in the middle of the summer season

Disliked: Renovations were happening in the middle of the summer season. Worst planning ever, if you ask me. Guests weren’t informed in advance and the place was a mess. I have a special needs child and am very careful to book hotels that are comfortable and complete in terms of facilities available. This hotel didn’t even have a proper reception! The price did not reflect the chaos so I think this was an unjustifiably expensive stay. I wish we could have got a discount.
