Liked: It wants reporting to environmental health Beacause the rooms smell very bad
Disliked: It had a very bad smell
Extremely small even thou it was 2 of us the whole decor could of been updated but thankfully we only used for sleeping

Disliked: No fridge which I think it’s definitely a necessity for drinks etc extremely basic for what I paid
Liked: Hotel is fine for the price, it is not dirty and no strange smells. Rooms are small, if you are a more luxurious visitor, I would not suggest it. If you do not mind, it was fine. Just a lot of sound in the evening/night, you can hear everything that your neighbours are doing inc the shower being turned on. We also did not get a double bed as requested, but we did get sea-front view and pushed the beds together - as of this, the bed was made as a double bed with one sheet etc. Service is decent, receptionist does not speak much English and they do not put in an effort to make conversation. Also, the hotel doors close so in the morning we could not get out of the hotel, without going through the window. Location is perfect, close to the beach, on the boulevard. All is accessible. Our stay was 7 days, at the start of August.
Liked: The location is really good. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is outdated. Very basic.
Sadly disappointed about state of building, lack of reception and restaurant service
Liked: Great location. Comfortable bed. Clean.
Disliked: Smelly room. Very noisy from party in opposite park, people in street and sometimes people in hotel slamming doors. Old hotel that has not been kept freshly painted or maintained. Broken safe box. Reception closed most of the time. Restaurant closed in the morning.
Another Amazing Stay at the Hotel Solvi
Liked: The communication from the hotel was excellent at all times. The cleanliness of the room, towels and sheets was fantastic. The location of my room overlooking the sea was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. The hotel was excellent value for money. The fridge in the room and the kettle I was given on request were so handy to have.
Disliked: Nothing- everything was amazing.
