Liked: CLOSED THIS Hotel WAS CLOSED ACCORDING TO A LOCAL ITS BEEN CLOSED FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS, arriving in the dark after a lot of travelling this was a disaster we’d paid and after a online chat with Booking.Com still this Morning no refund to say it was stressful finding another place to stay with secure parking needed for car our bikes at that time of night was terrible how can it still be listed where are the checks to protect us
Disliked: We had to go into a hostel which charged far too much for the poor accommodation terrible night and I’m supposed to wait whilst it’s proved the original hotel is closed! as a genius 3 customer this treatment of me is a disgrace
