Exceptional
Pleasant stay
Liked: Very clean. Free parking right in front of the door. Modern
Disliked: Front metal door is very difficult to open. They provide a 4 digit code, however the code machine is faulty. If you press lightly, nothing happens. If you press with some force it detects double/Tripple press and rejects the code. After a few failed attempts, it starts to reset. It took me over 15 attempts to finally open the door. Property would benefit from a smart TV. Hair dryer had a broken handle.
Comfortable, Practical Stay in a Quiet Location
Liked: The apartment is practical, comfortable and very clean. I really appreciated that the space wasn’t cluttered with unnecessary decoration, which made it easy to place my own belongings. There is plenty of wardrobe space, and the layout is functional and pleasant. The location is quiet with easy parking right outside, and the building feels new and well maintained. Check‑in was simple, and the host responded quickly to any questions or small issues. Small touches like water in the fridge were very welcome. Supermarkets such as ALDI and LIDL are close by, as well as several bars and the hospital, which makes the apartment very convenient for both leisure and work‑related stays. Overall, a cosy and well‑equipped apartment in a calm neighbourhood, suitable for both short and longer visits.
Disliked: The kitchen could use more crockery and basic utensils. For guests who prefer to cook, the limited amount of plates and kitchenware is noticeable.
Liked: We were extremely satisfied with the simplicity of picking up the keys, our host made sure we understood the instructions for pickup and everything went smoothly. Although we only stayed 1 night in Yecla on our way home, this appartment could be an option for multiple day-stays. It comes with decent amenities and sufficient heating
