Exceptional
Great disappointment following review
Liked: Restaurant facilities non existent. After a 5 hour drive we were advised that the restaurant would not open until 8.30pm. Limited menu for a supposed quality hotel.r Room television impossible to operate despite assistance from reception.
Very good Hotel
Liked: The room was fantastic and the staff very friendly
Disliked: The cafeteria and the entrance needs an update

Disliked: A bit far from city center (30 mins by walk), but so easy by car Food variety is not so good for non pork eaters

Disliked: No clear instructions on where dog could or couldn't go from the offset. No problem to us but would of been nice to of been told prior
Liked: The reception desk personal was very helpful and they answer all our questions and comply our demands.
Disliked: I stayed before in Hotel Palafox, and the breakfast here was not so good. People in the breakfast lounge are not very friendly
Liked: The welcome you receive is very welcoming and the variety of rooms is exceptional. A nice 5 star hotel.
Disliked: The car park is awkward to navigate.
