Fabulous
Great location to enjoy Zumaia and the Basque Region as a whole. Great sized apartment. I would recommend this property
Liked: Great location and size.
Disliked: A bit of maintenance required: broken living room window and blind, no ventilation in second bathroom.
Beautiful, well equipped, airey apartment with an amazing balcony, complete with beautiful views
Liked: Location was stunning overlooking the river and boating lake. I loved sitting on the balcony looking out to see and the hills that sound the town. When you come out the main door you step into the heart of Zumaia. Cross the road and you can pick up the waterbus(navette) to one of the two beaches
Disliked: The parking which although very secure, underground parking it was about 5 mins walk. However that didn't really bother us because we didn't use our car the entire week we were there. This is because the beaches are easy to get to and local transport is excellent with buses and trains at reasonal prices to take you up and down the coast to places like Debo, Getaria and San Sebastian. The only other very minor downsides was that one of the toilets was missing a toilet seat one of the blinds in the front room was broken. They also need a card so that street bins can be used. But this would never stop me staying there again.

Disliked: Communication with the owner could have been better, wasn’t sure i had reserved the garage until a couple of days beforehand.
Nice appartement in the center of Zumaia
Liked: Nicely renovated and large appartement with a large balcony with view over the river. Walking distance of the beach. Well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: The bed was not so comfortable and there was a lot of noise in or around the building.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at Xatetta Etxea Ocean View, very much. The appartement is specious, is well equipped and has a large balcony with a nice view on the harbour. Also shops and some restaurants are very close by.. The appartement is located in a busy street with lparking space that is mostly occupied. However the appartement also offers a private parking lot only a few hundred meters away.. To be short we had a very nice stay and would book again if we are in Zumaia.
