Great location, very neat and tidy and well presented boutique hotel. No reception to check in but we were met and shown
Liked: Location. Clean. Comfortable bed and the fresh warm pastries for breakfast.
Disliked: Master bedroom has no door separating from the little room up above it so the twin room has to come through main bedroom to use the bathroom. The markets on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning right outside the door are amazing with so much fresh produce, easy to get carried away.
We love it there and the second time we have stayed and hope to go back
Liked: Location, the unique style and design
Perfect for just the two of us and we loved exploring the town and the lake on foot and by bike
Liked: Very modern in a great location within old Annecy. Effective air conditioning. Breakfast basket delivered around 8am each morning.
Disliked: We were just 2 in an apartment advertised for 4. The extra 2 would be sleeping on the sofa bed. This would have created a very different experience since only one bathroom and a very compact kitchen.
Wonderful experience plus the character of the town
Liked: The welcome from the professor,🤔The central position with all you needed, outside so close to restaurants shops and walking distance to lake, the following day with added festivities of October celebration day. So much to enjoy.
Disliked: Unfortunately some youngsters celebrating early into the wee small hours but not a regular occurrence.

Liked: The location, the couple who look after the place. The room was gorgeous and we slept SO well.
Disliked: All good. Nothing we didn’t like.
Great place to stay while visiting Annecy
Liked: Location at the heart of the old city, great staff although we only met one guy the explained everything. Breakfast basket in the morning at the front door was great.
Disliked: If you only use GPS guidance to the location you get lost. You should put St. Claire parking, get into the parking and at the far end of it get up with the elevators just in front of the room. It should be mentioned in the reservation.
