Good
Student type accommodation. Cheap for annecy
Liked: It had off street parking. Cheap in Annecy. There was space for 2 people. All basic amenities were there.
Disliked: Heat - if windows were open the mosquitos came in, if windows closed it got very hot- nights were just about bearable with the fan running. Superficially clean No ice box in the fridge Limited cooking utensils and pans We left a day early than planned because of the heat
Overall, the apartment could really benefit from some updating and better maintenance. It was adequate for our stay, but
Liked: The location is about a 20-minute walk from the centre, which was as expected and not an issue for us. Having private parking on site was definitely a plus.
Disliked: The property was functional, but overall we were disappointed with the accommodation. The interior is very dated and quite basic, and several things need maintenance — for example, the office chair had a broken armrest, one of the lamps wasn’t working, and a power outlet didn’t work. The double bed was also quite small, around 140 cm, which we found uncomfortable for two people.

Liked: Nice and cosy stay, however lot of dust everywhere
Liked: It is a lovely french apartment. Close to the city and train station. We walked to the lake, the old town and train station. The unit is well appointed and had all we needed. Particularly liked the bed. A proper double with good pillows.
Disliked: There were some annoying little maintenance issues which need seeing to, nothing too bad.
Liked: The flat had everythjng you might need and it was pet friendly. Ut was close to traun station and restaurants
