Very good
Liked: It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Very basic room. Bed and table.
It’s a quiet neighborhood but bus stop is right at the corner of the hotel, conveniently take us to the city center
Liked: Would like to have the light sensor in hallway to stay longer.
Disliked: Friendly and helpful staffs.
Recommended for a short stay in Annecy
Liked: + The breakfast was very good for the price we paid; there was a decent selection, and everything was tasty. + The room was clean and reasonably sized. + Easy access to a bus line right outside the hotel that could take us close to the lakeside.
Disliked: - No air conditioning. We went in June, and it was already hot outside. We had the fan running nonstop while we were in the room, but it was still too hot to be comfortable. - No elevator. We were in a room on the third floor and needed to go up and down using the stairs, not a deal-breaker, but not ideal either.
Liked: We booked this hotel because we extended our trip in annecy so it was a last minute booking for us. The people at reception were nice, they let us check in early( we had in advance requested for early check in to which they had said it is on availability on the day) The hotel does not have a lift and our room was on top floor ( they did offer to help with the luggage) but we didn't take it as we both are young people ( but I guess we should have taken the help). The rooms were very small but were clean. As mention we were given a room on top floor so near the bed it was slopping roof and low too one side and since I am the shorter one between me and my husband, I took that side but in our 2 night stay I bumped head a few times in night, the room had no fan or ac so that was kind of bummer too. But other then that that the bus stop is just 2 mins walk from the hotel which takes you to the center and there are restaurants and shopping place near by too.
Beautiful hotel 25min walk away from city centre
Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: The room was cold at night. No escalator
