  Liked: Location was excellent to walk to the old town. Lovely view from the balcony. Clean, good hot water. Do need to clean kitchen. Remove sheets etc before you leave

  Disliked: Parking was expensive. Kitchen very basic. Had to use a hot plate balanced on a shelf.

  Liked: They had great communication and good instructions for preparing, arriving and leaving. It was easy to walk to the old town of Annecy and we appreciated being able to leave our car in the parking for the day.

  Disliked: The shower in the upstairs bathroom was difficult to use for a tall person.

  It was just okayish for me. Could be better for the price

  Liked: It was ok Location is fine too, about 1-1.5km to the old town

  Disliked: They don’t clean the bathroom or change the sheets everyday. If you stay there for about 4 nights also, they don’t clean it on a daily basis which isn’t a good thing. There was no mirror in the room, only one mirror at the sink in the bathroom which is also not full length mirror. Could get really hot during summer and they don’t have AC The housekeeping of the property should handle the garbage, instead you are expected to throw the garbage out. We can leave the place in a clean way of however it was handed over, but, they even expect you to throw the garbage n threaten you with fine if you miss it

  Great Location and Wonderful Hospitality

  Liked: We had a very nice stay at this studio in Annecy. The location was excellent — only about a 5-minute walk to Annecy train station and around a 10-minute walk to the beautiful lake. Everything was convenient and easy to reach. The service was very good, and the receptionist was especially kind, friendly, and helpful. We really appreciated the warm welcome and hospitality.

  Disliked: Nothing major — we had a pleasant stay and were very happy with our experience.

Good to know

The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. . For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment will be charged on Friday afternoon.

Payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers is accepted and can be made during reception opening hours. For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, payment by Checks Vacances holiday vouchers will have to be sent at least 1 week before arrival.

If guests don't empty the bins and clean the kitchen upon departure, the property will charge a EUR 30 extra fee.

Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that additional parking fees may apply for trailers and minibuses.

Breakfast on weekends will only be offered in the form of a basket. It will be available in relation to the arrival dates. It will include everything that is offered from Monday to Friday except pastries and dairyPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
