Very good
Liked: Good location near train station & not far to walk into the cit6 for choice of restaurants
Disliked: No hairdryer in room. No tea & coffee facilities in room
Liked: Great location close to station and bus services to airport and out of town. Easy walk across the bridge to town centre shopping and restaurant areas. Friendly reception.
Disliked: Rooms at the front are bright at night (would benefit from blackout curtains) and a bit noisy.
Ok but not outstanding
Liked: I don't remember the atmosphere as being particularly charming.
Disliked: The room was large but a bit dark and not very cosy.
Central location
Liked: The location of the hotel is quite central, just across the bridge from the most important landmarks in Bayone. Being so central comes with disadvantages, like city noises.
Disliked: The window of our room was right above a advertisement screen which was very luminous. It would be great to install some thicker or more opaque curtains.
An excellent choice for reasonable money
Liked: Recently renovated in an attractive way. Just opposite the Train station and bus stop to Bayonne Town center. Yet no noise from outside
Disliked: Being a historical building you can hear your neighbours

Liked: The location was excellent to visit the town and right near the station Discount for secure parking at the station
Disliked: The staff were very inflexible I was attending a family gathering and to leave my luggage untill the room was available at 4 pm I thought the breakfast was expensive at €13 Finally access to the hotel was difficult in a car You need to park up in station then return to hotel but when you check out and leave the parking its difficult to return the concessionary pass The hotel was dated in its decor and needs updating
