  Great location in heart of town right by the Cathedral

  Liked: Amazing location, nice view of the cathedral. Clean public area (there is no daily cleaning service so you clean yourself.) Lots to do nearby, can walk everywhere safely. Elevator was a bonus, but keep in mind if you're on the top floor there are about 12 steps up after elavtor. It was fine for me and my carryon suitcase, but if you have mobility issues it might not work. Ask before booking

  Disliked: The refrigerator needs update. It was leaking inside (had to put my food in plastic bags) and the shelves were missing.

  Pleasant stay

  Liked: Very central apartment, small but with everything we needed except that there was no conventional oven, only a microwave. No aircon but two fans provided. Having a lift to access the upper floors was very welcome.

  Disliked: Travellers by car should be aware that they are right in the middle of a touristy city with many pedestrianised areas (and, in our case, extensive road works going on around us). Navigating this labyrinth by car is a nightmare. The description points out that there is no parking available at the residence and says that there are nearby (10 minute walk) reasonably-priced public car parks. This is true but, since they are the nearest ones to the touristy city centre, you cannot always find a place in them.

From 1st of Septembre 2026 until 31st of December 2026 the reception is open from monday to Saturday 9h00-12h30 and 14h00-18h30. Reception is closed on sunday

From the 1st of July until the 31st of August 2026 the reception is open from monday to Saturday 9h00-13h00 and 14h00-19h00 and the Sunday from 10h00-13h00 and 14h00-19h00.

Guests planning to arrive outside these hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.

To get the apartment key, you will need to pay the damage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment by credit card. For large events, such as Bayonne Festivals and Foire Au Jabon, the damage deposit is EUR 400 per apartment.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 EUR per pet, per night per apartment applies. We accept only one pet (cat or dog ) per apartment under 20kg.
