This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.

Please note that linen and end of stay cleaning are included (except cleaning of the kitchen).

Guest will have to throw away their garbages.

A security deposit of €2 000,00 (not charged) will be required by credit card within 7 days prior to the arrival. It will be refund within 10 days after departure.
