Charming. Memorable. Happy
Liked: Everything was very elegant, charming - room, staff, facility, view, all around. Breakfast was amazing. Location couldn't be any better. Staff was exceptional. Spa facility - Sauna was not as hot as you'd aspect in other places, but the pool was spectacular. There is no AC but not an issue - it gets cold at night.
Disliked: Nothing.
Everything great except due to lack of air conditioning on a hot night:-(
Liked: Great location, very helpful staff, lovely place with old world charm.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning in the room. Big disappointment. 5-star hotel, and I had checked if the hotel has air conditioning. It said yes. Turns out only suites have.
