Ok for one night
Liked: Wonderful hotel lobby and surrounding area next to a golf course. Bedroom was spacious but I don't know why we were allocated a disabled room on the ground floor? Beds were comfy enough. The bathroom had old shower curtains that were already yellow from age and the bottom bits were darker yellow in colour. They didn't even cover the whole shower area that the bathroom floor became wet after showering. There was a folding chair in the shower, a grab rail by the toilet seat, hence a disabled room unless all the other bedrooms in the property have the same equipment. Breakfast was good with a good selection to help start your day especially if you're continuing with your TMB hike. Close to the bus station, cable car and a few restaurants.
Disliked: We were given a disabled bedroom when this wasn't requested. The bathroom shower curtains were yellowish from use and didn't properly cover the shower area leaving the immediate surrounding area flooded with water. There's no convenience stores nearby and although there was water provided in the lobby, we needed a bit more for the evening and were told get it from the bathroom as its from the same source which I understand but I insisted on getting some from the tap in the bar for hygiene purposes.
An exceptional stay featuring outstanding service and pristine facilities
Liked: The facilities were exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere was perfectly relaxing. My only minor critique is that the pillows weren't quite to my personal preference (although the bed itself was excellent), though I know bedding comfort is entirely subjective. Despite that small detail, it was an excellent visit, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Liked: Good hotel Right on the golf course if you're into that (a squeezed a round in, the course is exceptional and very beautiful) Breakfast was good (but not included in our price, so a little expensive when booked on the day) Views very good from the breakfast room. Decent option if you are happy to be out of town..we had a car so it wasn't an issue. I guess during peak seasons there will be shuttle busses too.
Disliked: We were in a ground floor room, so views not quite as spectacular as expected. Our bathroom was a bit weird too. Shower curtain rather than screen. Nothing to put anyone off booking though.
