Guest reviews
Very good
poor service
Liked: We had booked this hotel using Booking.com. After arrival on 2/14/26 we found that we did not have a room, hotel was overbooked. We were told that Booking.com cancelled our reservation. Staff was not telling the truth, we got cancellation e mail 10 min later. We had problems finding another hotel since this was a very busy week and we had to stay in 2 separate hotels. It cost us 2x more. I would not recommend them. Not trustworthy.
Liked: Great location! On the river
Liked: Incredible location, received a room that was facing the creek. Friendly staff
Disliked: Sound proofing wasn’t great but typical of an older building.
Liked: Very nice room
Liked: Location great. Staff friendly. Room good size, clean & comfortable bed.
Disliked: The boot room for ski/board equipment was very basic. Didn't have lockers & we didn't feel comfortable leaving expensive snowboards & boots there.
Liked: Location is excellent
