Chamonix vacation
Liked: The room was large and comfortable, in a great location, and a nice balcony facing a park with views of the mountains. We had a good stay. Our only comments, is that the front office is open from 9-12pm and 4-7pm. if you arrive outside those times you need to make arrangements in advance. We were not aware of this, so we had to wait out until the front office open. Also, the room did not include additional garbage bags, which became a problem when the bins got full and had to be emptied.
Liked: Very happy with the condition, location, cleanliness and staff of the hotel. Inez, at the front desk was great - very helpful and happy! Parking is quite a challenge, there is one right next to the hotel, but not free, however understandable, because we are right in the city center.

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay here, it had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, the cooking area was just the right size, and the location was perfect to the station and the centre of Chamonix we will be staying here again.
