Great value for money - big rooms with everything you need and friendly and helpful staff

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised by the room - which was better equipped than I expected and bigger too. I also didn't expect the area to be as nice as I discovered it to be. The receptionist when I arrived was very sweet and helpful. The midday checkout was also a plus for me, as it meant I had time to pop back, rather than needing to check out before 7:30am. The fact that they let me stay on to make a work call in the dinning room after checking out was very helpful and made me feel valued.

Disliked: It took me a few minutes to find the hotel. If you like your super sleek places, this is a bit more old school in the deco, but great value for money for Lyon.

Comfortable and for its price. Cleanliness could be improved

Liked: The bed was comfortable, although two mattresses put together instead of one. The reception staff was very attentive and helpful, though -except for the main guy at daytime, which understood well- they struggle quite much with english, nevertheless very attentive, so it goes on the positive side of the review.

Disliked: Water tanks are too small to fill up the bathtubs. It goes cold amidst the process. I was given a second room to do so, and still went cold as well after some time. Cleanliness, although good overall, couldstill be a bit improved. Dried soap underneath the dispensers and some mold on between tiles.
