  Great location. Ecxeptionally helpful staff

  Liked: Location was fantastic. The room was comfortable and adequately equipped.

  Disliked: We were hoping to use the laundry facility but it looked too dirty to confidently use.

  Lyon is great, the hotel is in right place

  Liked: Good central location. Tramways, buses and metro within walking distance as well as many tourist attractions. Comfortable. Clean. A lot of restaurants around.

  Disliked: One cannot open window in the evening - too much noise from the restaurants. Windows are soundproof, but it can become stuffy inside.

  Excellent value for money, clean comfortable and close to major attractions and great restaurants and bars

  Liked: Fantastic location, close on the peninsula and close to shopping, restaurants, bars and major attractions. The rooms were a good size and had a well equipped small kitchen.

  Disliked: No toiletries like tissues, body cream or shower cap.

  Great location, room quite big. Well stocked kitchen

  Liked: Location was excellent. Few minutes on the bus from the main train station. Restaurants outside the door.

  Disliked: No house keeping for a 7 night stay.

  Great location, but don't think of driving to hotel in your car

  Liked: Location was great - best part of the city. Breakfast was good, Staff was friendly and helpful. Surrounded by many restaurants.

  Disliked: First, Hotel did not disclose that you could not pull up to entrance with your car to drop off luggage!! They mentioned that parking was available nearby in city lot, but failed to mention the street was closed to private cars. We had to park and walk three blocks with luggage! Taxis are able to lower the stantions and pull up, so the hotel should make arrangements with the city to allow cars coming to hotel to do so. Alternatively, they should make arrangements to meet your car and take your luggage. We were not happy. Second, the halls were musty. The carpets need to be replaced or cleaned. Rooms were small and had no place to unpack or surfaces, AC was poor.

Good to know

For stays of less than 6 nights, maid service, linen changes and towel changes are all at an extra charge.

For stays of 6 nights or more, a weekly cleaning with linen and towel change is included in the price.

A daily cleaning service is possible at an additional cost.
