Good, a prefect getaway, even in the midst of chaos

Liked: The Globe is beautiful and sophisticated. My friends and I really appreciate that they reimbursed us for the first night as we couldn't stay due to the demonstations.

Disliked: My only concern/compliant is the bathroom. The ceiling above the shower looks like it's covered in dark mold. We only stayed for a night, but we worry for anyone who might be staying longer.

Nice place but need some help

Liked: Great location with good restaurant on first floor. Good breakfast with variety; quality food.

Disliked: Room was fine except air conditioner creaked rather loudly … and staff could do nothing to make it better. Turned it off one night and opened window to get Susan’s woke with mosquitos in the room and bites all over! Lift broke on our last day; my husband (recovering from foot surgery) had to climb four stories with his cane.😕

  Comfortable hotel with character

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. It was decorated in a more French style with character. The breakfast buffet was very good and cost €19 per person. It was close to a very attractive part of Lyon with plenty of restaurants and shops.
