Liked: The staff and management were top class. The hotel was a classical French building with elegant features and it was over the road from one of Lyon’s classiest restaurants.

Disliked: The air conditioning in our room was not quite up to dealing with the heatwave.

Liked: A classic hotel. Full of charm in a charming location near the train station. Easy walk to many great restaurants. Near Tete d Oro park - a great park. Hotel staff are great humans. Accustomed to the business travelers' needs. And the Madeleine at breakfast - beautiful!

Disliked: Elevator was down for repair. But they let you access the service elevator. Staff at front make a nice approach spritz.
