Liked: It was emergency accommodation for my grandaughter and I as we had to vacate our previous accommodation quickly because of bed bugs. It was very clean so appreciated this very much.

Disliked: Nothing comes to mind except it was expensive.

Great little hotel with easy access to all

Liked: Friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was exceptionally good and the attentive, friendly lady who sets it up, makes custom coffee and attends to your needs is to be commended. The location of the hotel is also tough to beat. Finally, great shower with plenty of hot water.

Disliked: The TV was a little finicky at times and the room was a a bit small, but we had everything we needed to stay comfortable and organized.

  Great Hotel for Exploring Lyon!

Liked: Location was great and on a nice busy street. Stay was comfortable and had everything we needed! We were able to store our luggage at the front desk which was really helpful!

Disliked: Breakfast cost was a bit expensive for what it was but otherwise everything was great!

Great location for a short stay in Lyon

Liked: The location is great. The street is closed to car traffic, and you can walk easily to Place Bellecour or Place Carnot. SNCF trains go to Lyon Perrache, which is at Place Carnot. If you are taking the train and get off at Lyon Perrache rather than Lyon Part-Dieu, it's a super short walk to this hotel. A metro station just outside the hotel will get you around town quickly. The staff was very nice.

Disliked: The bed wasn't very comfortable; it sagged in the middle. The breakfast buffet was okay, not the best we had during our trip.
