  The employee ruined the whole stay. No AC

  Liked: Good location, close to lots of restaurants and metro stations. Evenings full of life made the neighborhood feel safe. Room is very simple but clean.

  Disliked: A particular member of the staff was very rude to me during my stay. The room had no AC, the night was hot and they were using winter sheets for the bed, very hot. I asked the reception why the AC wasn't working, and this thin man which looked French laughed at me and said "it's only logical, it's winter" (but it's autumn). I told him that the only logical thing was to have AC in hot rooms, regardless of the season. He laughed again and told me "then open the windows", and kept insisting that I didn't make any sense in a very mockery tone. I decided to ignore it and walk away before I lost my temper. Every other employee there was very lovable and helpful, especially the lady on Friday night that provided us a fan and the Asian employees at the reception desk, but this other man in particular and the lack of AC ruined the whole experience. The neighborhood is lively and full of restaurants, and because of that "opening the windows" to sleep is not an option on weekends because the street is very noisy. I'm never coming here again and can't recommend it to anyone.

  Petty awful due to blocked drainage in the bathroom

  Disliked: The shower and sink didn’t drain and appeared to be blocked which was most unpleasant.

  Lovely staff, clean rooms, some access-related issues with the property

  Liked: Clean, nice staff, good location

  Disliked: The code to enter after hours I was given was incorrect and I was locked out for about 20-30 minutes quite late at night as a woman travelling alone it felt sketchy - I was eventually let in by a member of staff who was very nice about it, but she mentioned this is a frequent issue with the code changing. Additionally the property is not accessible to people with mobility issues - the elevator has a large heavy door which must be manually opened to enter/exit.

  Liked: Great tiny hotel with a convenient location, very secure for the family; staff were welcoming and friendly. (Hussam) Nice breakfast. My kids enjoyed the breakfast. The family room, equipped with air conditioning, was very comfortable and clean. Spotless bathroom with twin sinks, and good to have a kettle to make drinks and a hairdryer too. Highly recommended 😊
