  Very comfortable and nice hotel

Liked: Good location. Not too far from either gare Dieu on the east or the commercial center on the West. The bed was extremely comfortable. The gym was also extremely comprehensive. Quiet rooms. Close to Velov station.

Excellent Hotel Service, Major Disappointment at Breakfast

Liked: Overall, the staff throughout the hotel were very kind and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast experience was a significant disappointment for a 4-star establishment. The breakfast selection was quite limited, lacking variety, and served the exact same low-quality items every morning. Furthermore, the breakfast staff were noticeably unavailable and unhelpful when handling basic requests—for instance, asking for a simple omelette was met with unwillingness. It is a real shame, as the rest of the hotel staff set a much higher standard.

A small hotel with a personal touch

Liked: The hotel lies in a quiet and beautiful area a bit from the city centre. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Rooms ok, a bit boring but comfortable beds. However AC is a little disaster. Noisy and not really cooling the room, Breskfast was delicious.

  Good location, safe underground parking

Liked: Good location for easy walk into the old centre. Staff were very helpful. On site parking was available. Breakfast had some GF options.
