  Disappointing

  Liked: I liked the location of hotel. I liked the fact that it offered a breakfast option. Some staff members were lovely and helpful.

  Disliked: I didn’t like that the carpets were warn and looked dirty, the bedding was stained and the elevator didn’t work most of the time we were there. Our names weren’t on the breakfast list even though we paid for the breakfasts. I was told I had to pay for the room again even though I explained to the clerk that I had already paid. Until I spoke to the manager I was told I would have to wait weeks to have my money reimbursed

  Liked: Great location and beautiful room. A very historic building with beautifully updated rooms. We have a beautiful view of the cathedral!

  Disliked: Room is a little warm, breakfast room gets quite busy and crowded.
