  Perfect hotel for exploring Lyon

  Liked: The hotel is well situated, close to the Metro and an easy walk to the park. It is also about a 25 minute walk to the old town along by the river. The staff are available 24/7 and are helpful.

  Disliked: Cannot really say anything other than the lift is very small.

  Liked: The room was fine, and the AC worked well.

  Disliked: The public spaces were ridiculously dark and dangerous. The main exit stair lacked an automatic light, and I almost fell down the stairs from the first-floor landing. Additionally, there were no gluten-free bread options available at breakfast. The breakfast is not worth it. Simply go outside and find one of the amazing bakeries within a minute and a half of the hotel, inlcuding entirely gluten-free bakery.

  Liked: Lovely little room, great air con, nice and quiet. Fabulous continental breakfast. Alll the staff were amazing. Special mention for the night manager who kept the front door open for me when I told the morning staff I would be back after midnight.

  Disliked: Have to hand the keys in when you go out, but staff were great about this.

  Liked: Close to public transport. Well located with restaurant, cafés and close to the riverfront. Friendly staff.

  Disliked: Room is a bit small, no windows. But at least there's an AC. Fine if you just need a place to sleep.

  Great atmosphere and good location and breakfast

  Liked: Hotel has a good atmosphere; a very nice welcome, pleasant rooms and very good breakfast. The rooms are renovated, everything is up-to-date and clean. Good location with many bars and restaurants nearby. Walking distance from the main station and downtown areas.

  Disliked: The rooms are quite small; may become cramped for a long stay; perfectly fine for a few-day (work) stay.

  Great value for money

  Liked: Very friendly staff! Great location. And a very tasty breakfast with fresh products from local butcher and bakery. Not extensive but all you need. I definitely recommend!
